PROGRAM DESCRIPTION  

Welcome to the BeWell Walkers program supported by and in collaboration with the Health Improvement Program-Stepping out with Stanford. This FREE program is available to Stanford University and Hospital employees, students, and family members.

The goal of this ten-week walking program is to gradually raise the level of physical activity you incorporate into your daily life. The program uses:

  • Pedometer
  • Online tracking log
  • E-mail coaching
  • Step journal
